Our Roulette's are a soft moist sponge type of cake. Each type has a different filling such as Chocolate, Vanilla or Mocca. We believe this pastry has it's origins in Europe, specifically Persian. It has also been reffered to as a "Swiss Roll". But no matter where it's origins are from or what you want to call it we simply call it soft and delicious at Choco Bakery.
